Due to the handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind nature of our products, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find a solution that works.⭐ How to Request an Exchange
To begin an exchange, please get in touch with us within X days of delivery (you choose the number — 5, 7, 14, or 30 days).
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email. All return packages must include:
- Your RA#
- A copy of your invoice
- The item in its original, unused, unworn condition, including all packaging (such as the original polybag)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
